These terms explain KitchenFix’s limited role as a public research directory. They are a plain-language working draft, not a substitute for legal advice. Questions can be sent to admin@kitchenfix.com.
Directory purpose
KitchenFix is an informational directory for commercial kitchen equipment repair research. It is not a repair company, emergency dispatch service, insurer, broker, or agent for listed providers.
Independent providers
Providers operate independently. A profile, source-check label, platform-verification label, featured placement, call button, or website link is not a guarantee of a provider’s current availability, workmanship, licence status, pricing, response time, insurance, or suitability for a particular job.
Your repair decision
You are responsible for confirming a provider’s equipment scope, service area, parts, labour, pricing, credentials, insurance, appointment time, and terms before approving work. For an immediate safety issue, follow applicable site procedures and contact an appropriate emergency service or qualified provider directly.
Planning and matching tools
KitchenFix planning and matching tools are general information aids. They do not diagnose equipment, dispatch a technician, create a service contract, or provide a binding estimate. A provider’s own inspection and written terms control any work you authorize.
Quote requests
A Request a Quote form is a consented inquiry to KitchenFix, not an automatic booking, dispatch, service contract, or guarantee that a listed provider will respond. KitchenFix may manually review the request and, only with the checkbox consent you provide, share the request with the selected provider. You may instead contact a provider directly through the published phone or website link. KitchenFix does not guarantee provider availability, pricing, response time, service quality, or a particular repair outcome.
Listings, reviews, and feedback
KitchenFix aims to distinguish source-supported provider information from its own verification status. Customer reviews are not fabricated or imported as platform feedback. Any future submitted review may be held, verified, edited for privacy or policy reasons, rejected, or removed under the review process.
Third-party links and contacts
Calls and website links take you to independent providers or their services. KitchenFix does not control third-party websites, their availability, their data practices, or the services they provide.
Changes and contact
These Terms are effective August 4, 2026. KitchenFix may update them as the operating model develops. Questions about these Terms may be sent to admin@kitchenfix.com. This working legal draft should still receive qualified legal review before commercial operation.
